1. Nature of AI Art:
   
   
   The art pieces generated through our AI system are unique and produced based on the text input provided by the user. As the AI art is generated specifically for you, it cannot be resold or repurposed. Due to the personalized nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the artwork arrives damaged or there is a technical issue with the AI generation process.
   
2. Non-Defective Artworks:
   
   
   We do not offer refunds for non-defective AI art pieces. Each artwork is created upon the user's request and cannot be returned or exchanged. To ensure satisfaction, please double-check your input text and preview before placing your order.
   
3. Defective or Damaged Artworks:
   
   
   In the rare event that your AI art arrives damaged or with defects, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the artwork. To assist us in resolving the issue, please provide photographs showing the damage or defect. We will review your claim and, if deemed valid, offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
   
4. Approval of AI Artwork:
   
   
   Before your AI artwork is printed on canvas, we provide a preview for you to approve. Once you approve the artwork and proceed with the order, any issues related to the content or design will be considered approved by you. Consequently, no refunds will be granted for dissatisfaction with the artwork based on the content or design after the approval has been given.
   
5. Cancellation Policy:
   
   
   As the AI art is created immediately upon the user's request, cancellations are only possible before the generation process begins. Once the artwork creation has started, cancellations will not be accepted.
   
6. Shipping and Delivery:
   
   
   We take all necessary precautions to ensure that your AI art is carefully packaged and shipped to you. However, we are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that occur during shipping. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.
